Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

Qexur provides digital prepaid API credits. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of API consumption, all purchases of digital credits are generally considered final.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase ONLY if the purchased API credits remain completely unused. If any portion of the purchased credits has been consumed via API execution, the purchase is strictly non-refundable.

3. Merchant of Record

Upon full commercial launch, our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which will act as the Merchant of Record for all orders and handle customer service and returns. Currently, Qexur is in a beta testing phase utilizing the Paddle Sandbox environment for simulated transactions.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please contact us with your order receipt at support@qexur.me.
